ENMORE OPT-IN for MORE SUSTAINABLE STREETS

Additional footpath gardens have been installed in London and Phillip Streets, Enmore as part of the Sustainable Streets pilot program. New and extended tree pits have been constructed in 24 locations based largely on the willingness of 15 residents to opt-in to the program by offering to plant out and care for the new gardens.  Approximately 33m² of concrete and bitumen has been removed, helping to improve the streetscape amenity and infiltration rates in this highly urbanised Eastern sub-catchment.
