It's proximity to my work, the diversity of the community and the active green/sustainabilty focused council programs. Friendliness of our neighbours.

I value the creativity of our local people, the underground venues and street art. I love the diversity of people and openmindedness of the community and I really appreciate how you can see that filter through in council programs.

Lots of cafes and restaurants, something is going on all the time, great parks, easy to get anywhere, interesting mixture of people, the little pockets a community that you stumble upon while walking through the little back streets...

Definately the area is the hub for enviroment concerns the people the businesses are all here no where else do you find this in sydney only byron bay etc are of like
